Meeting Follow-Up uses the following integrations to do its job effectively, each with its own set of permissions.
An integration with Gong to access call recordings, transcripts, and CRM data.
Actions
- Get Call Details — Get detailed information about a specific call.
- Get Call Transcript — Retrieve the transcript for a specific call.
- List Calls — List calls from Gong with optional filtering by date range, users, or other criteria.
- List Users — List all users in the Gong workspace.
- Search Calls — Search calls by keywords, topics, or other criteria.
Send, read, and manage emails with labels and threads.
Actions
- Create Draft — Create a new email draft that can be edited and sent later
- Delete Draft — Permanently delete a draft from the user's mailbox
- Get User Info — Get user info
- Send Draft — Send an existing draft to its recipients. The draft will be automatically deleted after sending.
- Send Email — Send an email
- Update Draft — Update an existing email draft with new content
